It was a Phone interview with the area manager. Interview time was 1030am. She called right at 1030am. The interview was light, not forced. She didn’t badger me with questions. Actually I think I overloaded her with questions.

I was an assistant manager at a different location when I was presented with the opportunity as manager at this location. I applied for the position, had to write a letter to the owners stating why I thought I would be a good fit as manager and how I could help the store grow. After they received the letter and looked it over, they offered me the job and I accepted!
