Met the team leader at a local coffee shop, we talked for an hour. I was offered the job after my interview. We then scheduled a technical. I completed the technical under supervision of the Coach. I was emailed the new hire paperwork and completed it at home, and gave it to my team leader.
It was a Phone interview with the area manager. Interview time was 1030am. She called right at 1030am. The interview was light, not forced. She didn’t badger me with questions. Actually I think I overloaded her with questions.

After they received the letter and looked it over, they offered me the job and I accepted!
