Pretty informal yet thorough. Most important details were conveyed including customer service, teamwork and mundane tasks like folding, folding, folding. It was a one-on-one interview with the department manager and then the store manager lasting approximately one hour. I liked the casual feeling of it, it made the people I was interviewing with feel like real people I could connect with.
