Thanks for this feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I did a poor job of delivering a quality experience for you and setting the right expectations. The broad question on career goals with a narrow answer expectation is a tough one to navigate. I know this is not a consolation, but I used your feedback to rev the process + my approach, to be open to more kinds of answers. Hopefully I do a better job for future candidates we interview, so they don't have the same experience that you did.
