I went through a total of 4 interviews - about an hour with each of the Co-Founders and a one hour panel with all three of them. Their questions were mainly centered on culture, collaboration, and execution. The panel interview was a live simulation of what it would be like to be in the role. References took a few days, but overall the process took about 2 weeks.
