I just want to say that the recruiter was amazing, and communicative and really made me excited to interview and potentially work for the company. Moving on to the next round with the hiring manager I was immediately let down. They joined late and were off video because of bandwidth issues, but they were clearly somewhere public because I could hear a ton of background noise and sometimes could not understand what they were saying. It was incredibly disappointing. I felt quite quickly that I wasn't impressing them and I felt like I was wasting their time, and then I didn't get any follow-up afterward from the company. I would have preferred a reschedule if the interviewer couldn't be in a spot to be fully present for the interview, as I had prepared a presentation to walk through.
