Longest interview process of my 10+ years career. I had 6 interviews over 6 weeks, plus 1 call for the initial offer, and 1 other call to negotiate the offer. After all of this, they told me the role is being retired due to operational reasons while we were in the middle of the offer negotiation. Very unprofessional and unorganized, to have the role cancelled while negotiating the offer makes me think about how serious they are with their planning and how little they care about wasting candidates time.
