The initial steps were very smooth and pleasant. An HR called and explained about the company and role, and we setup a zoom meeting with the TL. TL was also very pleasant explained about the role, asked few technical questions, and then we've moved to the home assignment stage. Personally, the assignment was not very easy and took around 3 hours. Few days after sending the assignment, I got an email that I will not move to the next stage. I have addressed the TL in mail, and asked for any feedback on the task, and why it was a wrong \not good enough solution, but sadly I have never heard from him again. Maybe my expectations are high, but I think that after investing 3 hours of my time, the minimum is to send feedback and not a generic mail.
