Got cold called from their recruiter in the middle of a meeting asking for 30 minutes to discuss the application. Once I had time, we continued the interrogation… I mean interview. Typical questions asked like “what compensation are you looking for”. “Why are you looking?” Then we discuss the resume… by that I mean the questions were monologue about “why’d you leave your last job?”…. Even for the job gap in 2020…. Gee- wonder what happened that year…. Needless to say I explained I’m withdrawing my application and thanked them for their time.
