Really bizarre/disrespectful interview process. The recruiter did not answer my emails in a timely manner. The interview panel hardly asked me any questions at all, they just talked about the project and I had to interject if I wanted a word in. All over video chat - one interviewer was clearly distracted when I was talking. I felt like I never had an actual shot, even though all the feedback I got was positive.
