Spotify might have a great outward facing reputation but my personal experience of the company through the interview process was anything but. I had a grand total of 10 different interviews spread out over a 2+ month period, sometimes with the same person asking similar questions. It felt like it lasted forever and differed from the structure I was initially given at the start of the process. It finally culminated with the information that the role went to another individual; which is totally acceptable - but my request for feedback was met with complete disengagement. I was informed that "it is not Spotify's policy to provide interview feedback". After investing 2+ months of my life, countless hours and a great deal of mental energy, I expected - at the very least - to be treated with a degree of respect and to be provided with some basic feedback that I could use for personal reflection and self-analysis.

Question 1
Asked about prior experience, suitability to the role etc. - all quite specific and nothing transferable towards similar interviews.
