Submit resume. Then they ask you complete a skills assessment test online. Then they look at the results with your resume and decide to bring you in for a face to face.
this interview process was super seamless! I was able to do multiple interviews over the course of about a week with people of different disciplines, titles and experience levels from different departments. After that, I waited about a week and a half until I heard back from the recruiter. Overall, the experience was super easy-going, fluid and very conversational.
