Contacted via email for Google Hangouts screener. Interview was over the phone and was kind of annoying as the interviewer was sitting in an open seating environment and sounded like a call center. Whenever I would be speaking, she wouldn't mute her phone and I could hear her coworkers speaking on the phone/ laughing/ talking loud in general and it really threw me off. Sounded like the group/ company in general didn't have their stuff together and I would be entering a pretty unstructured environment. Got the rejection email but the email didn't reference the position I had interviewed for which I thought was weird. Pretty anti-climactic experience.
