It multiple interview (6) and you spoke with different parts of the team. It hindsight it gave you a good vision of how it feels to work at the company.

I had a quick phone call with a recruiter who seemed to have a lot going on at the time. Following our conversation her assistant connected me with the hiring manager. We had a great conversation but I didn't hear back for nearly 3 weeks and received a generic email stating they had decided to go with another applicant. Interview was straightforward but didn't seem like the manager was interested in teaching, she was looking for someone with a specific skillset even though none of them were listed on the application.

An extensive interview process of 7 conversations, but they moved very quickly. They do not drag out their processes like other companies do. They ensure you meet with a wide array of cross-functional stakeholders to advance.
