I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. We did a Google hangout and the recruiter had told me I was a shoe-in for an in-person interview. After the holidays, I reached out many times following up and was told there was a delay in the process. I continued to follow up until one day I randomly got an emails saying the position was filled.
