I applied online and we arranged an original call with a recruiter from Spotify, for an initial screening. She said that she was going to ask me a few questions, and then explain a bit more about the role. She did ask a few questions first, but after I answered that I am not doing A/B testing in my current role, the interview went downhill. She immediately said that she would be in touch by the next day, without asking if I knew the theory of A/B or if I had done it in the past. She never explained details about the role, and hurried to hang up. Of course I never received any message or feedback from her. A quite disappointing process in general. My advice: if you have a hard requirement, communicate it before or during the interview, instead of this type of behavior.
