I had an initial screen with the recruiter. Then one hour of video call with the hiring manager, where he probed me about my background in engineering, leadership and delivery. I was told someone will get back to me in a few days, but I have been ghosted. I tried reaching out to the recruiter over email and linkedin a few times, but no response whatsover. Spotify talk the good talk with great culture at the company but this interview experience makes me wonder.
