Interview questions were based exactly on the job post. If you were able to match the skill set they were looking for you probably get the job. You may think - of course it is like that. But there are many people applying to Spotify in general and it is better to match the profile they are looking for. So, if they ask whether you know how to use a specific program (i.e. Qliksense, Tableau) then you better know it. I was given the opportunity to ask questions at the end and I was asked on my salary expectations in the first phone screening. I had a positive experience and would apply again.
