Typical process which started with a recruiter screening than a follow up interview with the hiring manager and another campaign management lead. I was told the next steps would be a skip level interview with the hiring manager's manager. This was back in August. I still haven't heard back from them and it's October now. Be professional and close the loop. Don't leave candidates hanging especially when they're internal referrals. Very unprofessional given Spotify's supposed employee first culture. Be better.
