4 stage process with initial recruiter call, one interview with hiring manager and team member, one interview with wider team and then presenting a task to the full panel that interviewed before. Everyone was very nice and helpful, questions weren’t too hard and quite a bit of personal chat as well. Process took around 4 weeks, then two weeks later I chased the recruiter and was told I didn’t get it. No feedback given even though I asked for it, which left a bad aftertaste to an otherwise good process
