I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spotify (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was invited to interview to oversee the company's podcasting efforts with an immediate focus on sports. The interviewer didn't seem to know much about my background nor was there an interest in hearing how I could elevate the company's move into digital audio. It felt like a decision was already made, and I was there for HR purposes.
