They asked a series of standard questions from a prepared list, going through each of my past roles that seemed relevant to the position. For each one, they wanted to understand my responsibilities, the outcomes, and how it connects to the role I’m applying for. It made me realize the importance of organizing and clearly articulating my past work experiences in advance.
