The recruiter was welcoming and helpful, providing details about the role and next steps, including multiple interviews with different people across the Spotify Lab team and leadership. The hiring manager interview was a great conversation with a truly inspiring leader, with a range of core competency questions. After two weeks, I received a rejection email with detailed feedback on why they would not proceed with my application. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would be open to interviewing at Spotify in the future.
