Question 1
how would you launch a new product in a new market?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Spotify (London, England) in May 2020
Interview
A thoroughly enjoyable interview process from beginning to end! I was first contacted by an in-house recruiter for an initial phone screen. I then had 5/6 video interview rounds with various people including the hiring manager, global Marketing lead, local Sales head and other members of the team. For the final round I was asked to complete an assignment to demonstrate my understanding of the team's function, which I was informed would be reviewed anonymously to remove bias from the interview process.
Internal recruiter initially contacted. Strong internal recruiter knowledge of role and good communication. Met with hiring manager and then several members of team. Several hours of video and in person interviews.
