Was told at 1st I was applying for a specific Assistant Principal position, which I did not apply for. Then I was told, I was applying for the Assistant Principal pool, which I did apply for. The interview process consisted of questions being based off the Haberman interview, which I've always taken on line and linked my results to the application prior. They also have another assessment called AdminFit which is also an online questionnaire that determines your fitness to lead. They allow you to take notes, but do not allow you to take the notes with you. I received an email at approximately 9pm that same night advising me that I did not pass the Haberman interview and thus I am not eligible for the Assistant Principal pool. Then the next day, I received another phone call from another school within the school district inquiring about my availability for an Assistant Principal position at another one of their schools. I advised them, that I was not eligible based off the results of the Haberman interview. I then contacted Human Resources as I just had a few follow up questions. I then received another email from the director of human resources who advised his assistant to set a time and date for a follow up phone call. I never received anymore communication after this and that was approximately 2 weeks ago.
