The interview process was straightforward and clear expectations were set--nothing crazy. I met with the Director of Sales and two team managers. All in all, I probably was at their office for about two hours. Overall, the company is cool--fast paced environment (very open floor plan that keeps you motivated and focused but at the same time allows you the ability to move around, listen to music and really connect with your teammates). From a growth perspective, they are clearly doing well as they have grown 2x over the last two years and the managers I spoke with actually started entry level and have moved up over the years. It's a young office but everyone there seems to have drive and the hunger to make the company very successful. I was offered a role but decided last minute to move out of state. I would highly recommend this company. If I ever move back to Atlanta, they are top of my list!
