Quality interview process. A lot of companies tend to over-complicate the process and it can be very frustrating as a candidate. Their IP checked all the boxes and was thorough without stringing the candidate along for weeks on end. There's a happy medium and they did a good job of living within that

Interview
Walked in to the start up - first parts of the interview went well. Then loud rap & bass music started blaring. At the last part of the interview the sales manager told me to get out of the office because I was not wearing a suit - (was never told to wear one & did not own one at the time.) This was also in 2019, unsure if things have changed since then.
