One of the founders reached out to me directly on Angel. This is when they were still a pre-Series A startup. I did a short intro call at the tail end of June 2021, followed the next week by several interviews with folks in different roles and at different tiers across the company. The interview process—from initial contact to offer—was fast (inside of two weeks). I sent over some interactive prototypes done for previous clients. I did Keynote presentations of past work. The company leaders actually read my Medium articles / case studies. After accepting, they did background check and called references. By mid-July, I gave two weeks notice to my former company and on Aug 1st, I started at Sprinter Health.
