First let’s say I was excited but let down on how the whole process went. First I received and congratulations email to set up a time for an interview. Mind you I already have a full time job so I had to work between time. The first to interviews where great when i finally got to the last part where i had to meet some lady at a restaurant to show my skill set in person it was a bit awkward. I had to show that o could draw blood in a restaurant full of people. 1. That was very unsanitary even if it was on a fake arm. There was not proper set up for the final round just sat at table in the back of the restaurant and went from there. I’ve been a phlebotomist for a while now over 8 years and I never encountered anything like this. I drove an hour out to meet the lady who only literally chatted with me for 5 minutes base. I feel like if your looking for good candidates you should have provided a more comfortable setting in a better environment not a restaurant. As soon as I left I know I didn’t want to work for this company. The vibes I received were this company is very unorganized and does things last minute.
