Sprouts Farmers Market Assistant Manager interview questions

So i was really disappointed in this. I received a call for an interview. I had to drive over an hour to their location for it. Upon arriving, i waited about ten minutes after my interview, then finally got one. At the end of the interview, i was offered a job. He also decided that he wanted to start me out as a cashier, at 11 an hour. I'm sorry, i didn't drive one hour away from home for an interview for a high paying position to be offered a job at about 1/2 the pay. This was an outrageously disappointing experience. At the end, he told me to "think about it and get back to him" , like offering me a low position was a favor. The bauty of it was the training and position would be 50 minutes away from my home until the bew store opened! You want to pay me less and have me travel???

I had an interview with a store manager. Then I interviewed with the regional director. Then I interviewed with another store manager. It was a pretty basic getting to know you process. Nothing was too difficult.
