Interview
3.5 hour interview with 5 different people. All of them had the same generic questions. After all that, they ghosted me and I had to reach out for an update. Was given a chat GPT automated denial response. ( I know it’s chat gpt because the recruiter didn’t even bother to edit it and it still had the black background you get when copying from chat gpt)

Interview
Each Interviewee that I met with read from the same sheet of canned questions. There was really no genuine interest from the start. Each person I met with basically asked me the same exact questions which told me they really weren't interested in getting to know or learn more about me what it seems they are or were looking for is robots and just another AE to aggressively prospect. There was zerooo questions geared towards getting to understand me as a person nor a sales rep. Maybe next time sprinkle in some "off the cuff" questions that actually matter and shows you actually care about the person you are interviewing like: "what motivates you, or what qualities are you looking for in your next role, manager or company." Not spend an entire day repeating the same canned questions/role play. Definitely satisfied with the outcome, was not looking forward to coming in with zero book of business and ramp for 6 mo without any kind of commission. best of luck square
