Resumes are tightly screened, took 4 tries to get a recruiter to call Recruiter call was brief, just basically goes over resume and interview process "Pair Programming" screen interview, fairly straightforward and not too strict, if passed move on to virtual on-site Virtual On-Site 2 "Pair Programming" interviews in the morning, pretty simple and not too strict on feedback in my case (could have solved better but still received positive grades) 1hr break System design interview - they tell you before hand its for hotel reservation system, so I was pretty well prepared. They gassed me up during the interview, and I did get a positive grade but some negatives that weren't clear to me what they were as feedback during is glowing Past experience interview - More conversational than typical interviews of this type so rehearsing some STAR approach answers didn't really help. Deep dive into one project of your choosing. Ultimately despite positives on the technicals this interview is what kept me from getting the offer so it seems really important.
