I went through four rounds of interviews at Square, including a detailed take-home project that required significant time and effort. Throughout the process, I shared in-depth ideas and solutions that clearly aligned with their current challenges — it felt like they were using my information for free. After completing everything, I received no follow-up or feedback at all. It was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I would strongly caution others about interviewing with a company that doesn’t respect candidates’ time or work. Terrible company.
