Square Business Development Associate (BDA) interview questions

I recently applied for the Business Development Associate role at Square in Toronto. After submitting my availability for an interview, I received no confirmation or communication regarding the next steps. Despite multiple follow-up emails over a two-week period, I received no response. Eventually, I was informed that the position had been filled. This lack of communication and transparency was disappointing. I hope Square can improve its hiring process to ensure candidates are kept informed and respected throughout the recruitment journey.
