Square People Operations interview questions

I had a referral from a current employee. Still, I took time to ensure my resume was tailored and I wrote a heartfelt cover letter. This took hours. Then even with the referral their application software is incredibly painfully dated clunky and inefficient so it took me another 1.5-2 hours to apply. Never got a courtesy email, nothing.
