Interview
The interview lasted two hours. I feel they asked all the correct questions. I feel they were extremely interested and shared any questions before I was even given a chance to ask those questions. They came across as extremely interested. The next day I received a call and offered the RN position.
Series of questions. Mainly about self and how I would deal with different types of conflict with patients, families, coworkers. Asked about strength and weakness as well as organization skills
Asked me about myself and my clinical experiences since I am a new grad. The hiring managers were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I am thankful for the chance that I get to work with them.
