Met with manager and supervisor for initial interview. Basic questions about my experience and what I could contribute. Second interview was with staff RNs and had more scenario-type questions. It was a good opportunity to meet who I would be working with.

Easy just asked what my hobbies were,what interests me,what football team I support,what cutters I was interested in,asked if I had any questions, also asked about previous job experience, was really good and interested
I went to a hiring event and was able to talk to interview with multiple departments right away. Simple process of sitting down to chat/interview, and then they give an offer if they want to. Mostly basic questions related to experience, why this unit, etc.
