I was able to interview over the phone, which was perfect for me since I am not currently living in Jackson. Jodi was great throughout the entire process! Very helpful, very informative, and always available if I had any questions. The entire process was very quick and I can't complain about anything!

I first spoke with the recruiter and was asked about why I wanted to work at St. Dominic's, as well as other interview questions, including work experience and strengths that I could bring with me to work. I was then sent to the hospital to meet with the hiring manager. I answered more questions about work experience, strengths, weakness, etc. I was also given a summary of what the position entails and what is expected from an employee.

A very nice person in Human Resources contacted me after applying and set up a phone interview. During the phone interview I was asked several questions and discussed my goals with working at the hospital. Possible positions were also discussed as to which position would fit me best. After the phone interview I received a call to schedule a 1 on 1 interview with a nurse manager.
