The process began with a phone interview with a recruiter. I was told that a new Director of Organizational Development and Education would be starting work near the end of May. The recruiter wasn't sure how they wanted to handle the interviewing process with that transition occurring and she said that she would let me know the next day. The recruiter contacted me and arranged an interview with the current Director of Education. I met with the Director of Education about a week after the initial phone interview. At that time, the Director of Education told me that the next step was a presentation in front of a panel and the VP of Human Resources. She followed up via e-mail that afternoon to arrange a time for the presentation. The presentation that took place about a week later was given to a panel of approximately 12 people. The panel asked questions about my presentation, my background and my resume. After the panel interview ended, I met with the VP of Human Resources, Director of Education and the incoming Director of Organizational Development. At the end of that meeting, I arranged to meet with the incoming Director of Organizational Development and Education for coffee the next morning. The end of the next week, I was called by a recruiter and offered the position.
