Applied online, got a call from HR within 24 hours. Interview scheduled with hiring manager, who didn't show up and I interviewed with a nurse manager who really had no input on anything. Met with a "committee" a week later and they seemed totally disinterested in my actual experience but with issues not really part of the job; like my choice of degree (BSN). Left with a "you will hear from us in a week or so."
