The hiring process was very slow, on average taking 3 weeks for a response after applications were submitted. Finally Heard back from the Recruitment Manager, and scheduled an informal interview. She was very casual and pleasant to speak with. She was very encouraging and supportive in preparing me for the formal in-person interview.
