The process is lengthy but the actual interview was not nerve-racking. First I received a call to schedule the interview. Then went in person to their main building for the interview. Never felt uncomfortable and I typically get nervous at interviews. After the interview, it took about 3 weeks to begin onboarding (epic training, going over benefits, etc)
