The interview was initially in-person but there was an option to have a virtual interview as well. Afterwards, your information is sent to HR and they conduct a phone interview. Prior to the phone interview, they make you sign paperwork saying they will reach out to your current employer, as well as 2 previous employers. They discuss the role, benefits and salary in depth while sounding like they're reading from a script. They then give you an "offer," which is really a question of whether you want to move forward with the process. They will not give you an actual offer until you show proof of a flu and covid vaccine, as well as background checks, etc. They make it known that medical exemptions for any of the vaccines can be denied. They also refuse to email any of this to you because it's not an actual "offer." If you tell them you'll think about it, they put you in a 48 hour time clock but don't actually tell you this and email you saying they've assumed you didn't want to move forward. When you tell them you need more time they tell you they need an answer by EOD. Everything felt very rushed and HR came across as rude once they didn't receive an immediate answer. Their interview processes could also use some work, especially given a lot of healthcare positions are more competitive given the low salary they offered.
