St. Mary's came to Old Dominion University for a career fair. I went by the table after doing some prior research about the company online. I majored in Psychology so I felt working with children with intellectual disabilities would be a great fit. I went by the table and grabbed an application and filled it out handing it back in with my resume. The next day St. Mary's called me to set up an interview. The interview was very casual, I went in confident and myself and landed the job. It was more like a casual conversation between peers who have a general interest of why you want to work for St. Mary's and why you believe you would be a good candidate.
