The interviewer will send you an email with an attachment and ask you to download MS Teams, then send the hiring manager a message with a code. They will give you the run around about time and will want to conduct a text interview which could take ‘up to 45 minutes.’ The hiring manager uses his personal email and is very difficult to communicate with, responds last minute without providing applicants ample time to proceed with an interview. Not a very good system, but this is how they’re conducting their first round applications.
