The overall process was targeted and efficient. No time was wasted in making a decision because the hiring manager knew exactly what she wanted. Once the decision was made, I was informed relatively quickly and started just as fast.

The most unexpected question was why I decided to accept a position that was lateral to my previous position.
Verbal with account executive and was given a tour of the production facility by current staff to visualize how the staffing employees, associates, worked on their lines. The interview was business casual and laid back in a light industrial setting. Questions centered around the resume background and how they pertained to the work done for the staffing company position.
