They will ask you about your management experience. Any is great to them. My boss used to be a taxi driver! If you are warehouse, as long as you can pass a drug test and you do not have too much on your record, you'll get hired. Must pass a simple test and lift up to 50 lbs.

There is none. Just do not spend a lot of time talking. Each interview has to be short, they are just hiring whoever they can. They need the people. Amazon is telling them how many they need, SMX must fill it.
