Filled out application and was able to immediately set up and interview. Interview was more filling out papers and taking a drug test than an interview. Got the job and started working about 3 days later.

Take a test and then interview...After taking the test,didn"t understand what it had to do with the work I was going to be doing.. But the interview itself was short and casual.
