Staff Management SMX Warehouse Associate interview questions

You simply go in, fill out paperwork, and you have a job. They do drug test you with a mouth swab, and the entire process took me about 3-4 hours. They get you in the building, you fill out paperwork on a computer, then they schedule you for work. The interview process is essentially "when can you work?" and "are you eligible to work?". Due to a potentially high turnover rate, they expect you to work there for a limited time and hire pretty much anyone.

1 on 1 interview right next to everyone else trying to get a position. They'll be filling out the work info right on the computers next to you. You will be drug test, asked for a high school transcript, and asked simple questions which are common sense. Anyone with a pulse should be able to get this job but I wouldn't recommend taking the offer.
