It's difficult to quantify the immense fatigue of trying to understand the cult references inserted throughout the interview process. The verbiage and dialogue felt mechanical. The company culture is built off a book by Charles Koch, I suppose it worked for scientology?! The company interviewer was unable to adequality answer key questions. The lack of understanding the interviewer could provide about the organization was embarrassing. More often, it begrudges a yawn.
